Order Processing

Orders are typically process within 1-3 business days. Once your order is packed, you'll receive a notification it was shipped and a tracking number if the chosen shipping includes tracking. 

Order Cancellations & Restocking Fees

Orders can be cancelled before shipping but are subject to a few fees. 

Credit card processing fees are non-refundable, as they are retained by the payment processor. 

Once an order is pulled, a restocking fee of 10% will be applied to cancellations with fewer than 100 items and 20% for orders over 100 items. 

Refunds & Returns

If you receive incorrect or damaged items, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. 

We will try to make it right, whether sending a replacement, store credit, or refund. 

Returns due to customer error (wrong item chosen, changed mind, etc.) are reviewed case-by-case.
