10,000 Bullets, a starter-only set, reprinted popular cards from past sets and included a number of new cards. The set released in November 2002 with 39 cards and the identifier is 10,000 Bullets in the upper right corner. Also of importance were the stater decks for the Four Monarchs, Jammers, and Purists, making these factions viable for sealed deck play. The Purists, being the new secret warriors, got the most new cards.
